YKK’s relationship with Realtree began about three years ago when one of YKK's global marketing account executives approached Realtree with the idea that YKK could print Realtree patterns on its zippers to match the fabric on its customers' garments. YKK worked closely with its customers and Realtree to make this idea a reality, and is thrilled to launch this exciting and unique product line. YKK looks forward to further growing its partnership with Realtree.

YKK offers three Realtree® patterns, Xtra, MAX1, and MAX5, for printing on zippers. The patterns can be printed on the front side or the reverse side of the zipper, or both. YKK is also able to apply Realtree patterns on its AquaGuard® reverse-coil zippers with a PU film to offer a water-resistant option. The company offers YKK® PRIFA® zippers with Realtree patterns for standard coil and AquaGuard® zippers in sizes #3 and #5. It can also print on #5 and #8 size RC zipper chain for use on backpacks and luggage.

Customers need to have license with Realtree to use PRIFA® zipper printed with Realtree patterns. Due to the characteristics of ink-jet printing, blurring and misalignment may occur, especially with AquaGuard® .
