Stylish, practical and durable hats by Outdoor Cap have been covering the heads of outdoorsmen and women for many years. In fact, 2017 marks Outdoor Cap’s 40th anniversary. Although it is now one of the largest and most respected headwear suppliers in the US, the company had very humble beginnings.

In 1977, the founder, Paul Mahan, started a modest hat company out of his home. Sales Unlimited, as it was called in the early years, filled Mahan’s house with a full truckload of product, often allowing only a small aisle to his bedroom. Now, Outdoor Cap has grown to employ more than 300 people. It operates in three locations nationwide and services 14,000 customers across multiple channels in the team, promotional products, hunting/fishing and retail markets. The corporate offices are based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and the three distribution centers are located in Arkansas, California and Texas.

By recruiting quality product testers, Outdoor Cap is able to develop and revise its headwear designs to perform in all types of environments and activities. Its headwear is especially loved by outdoorsmen and women who appreciate the durabilty, comfortable design and of course, Realtree camo and logo, featured on the hats.

The soft-structured, mesh-back hat is designed with weathered cotton for that worn, fashionable look. The hat also features the Q3 wicking sweatband and hook/loop closure.

Realtree Performance – Perfect for the active outdoorsman, the Realtree performance hats feature fabric styles made of moisture-wicking polyester to keep your head dry and cool.  The Zeolite scent control outer shell controls odor, while the Q3 wicking sweatband keeps sweat out of your eyes. The hat features the D-fit hook/loop closure.

Realtree TRT – The Realtree TRT is the ideal go-to camo hat. Designed with unstructured twill and heavy washed, this hat looks great on the hunt or when paired with your favorite pair of jeans and t-shirt. The hat includes a hook/loop closure.
