Compass 360 President Drake Maples has been professionally involved in the outdoor industry for the past 25 years. Most recently as vice president of sales with Hodgman, Inc. in Montgomery, Illinois, and as CEO at GBI, Frogg Toggs in Arab, Alabama. As one of the “old guys” in the wader industry, and as a leading member of the Compass 360 team, Drake is actively involved in all aspects of the business, from customer service and sales to product testing, manufacturing and design. He has spent the past 20 years developing relationships with key manufacturing partners as well as consumers. Inasmuch, all Compass 360 products are produced with manufacturing partners that he has worked with exclusively for at least the past 10 years, and in most cases 20 years.

 

"With Compass 360 we are building a new brand in the U.S. market, but a brand with tried and true market and product experience,” Drake Maples, Compass 360 president, said. “It’s a new company, but one with an old soul."
